Coaching is recognized as a simple, fast and powerfully effective means of creating
lasting and sustaining change. It is a powerful tool for anyone who is ready to break
through limiting beliefs and behavior that may stand in the way of achieving their
goals. .
HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Coaches work with their clients to create a partnership that supports the achievement
of goals identified by the client. It's action oriented. It's supportive. It's honest. And it
is effective. To start, we will work together to clarify your goals and values. Next we
will perform identify the gaps and obstacles between where you are and where you
want to be and then develop a strategy for working together to help you to bridge that
gap. You will identify tactical steps to carry out your strategy. As your accountability
partner, I'll work with you to keep you on track.
HOW OFTEN AND FOR HOW LONG DOES A COACH MEET WITH HER
CLIENT?
Some clients meet weekly, while others meet 2 or 3 times/month. The frequency is
determined by the client with guidance from the coach. Coaching meetings are often
done via phone, although options also include meeting in person or a combination of
the two. In fact, some coaching between sessions is done via IM or Email. Session
length is also variable depending upon the needs of the client; 45 minutes/sessions
is the norm..
